Terms and conditions for using gift cards

1. The gift card can be used for all services offered by the leisure complex.

2. The gift card can be used on our website or on arrival, if the booking has been made and confirmed otherwise.

3. The Gift Card is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.

4. The Gift Card must be used all at once, in one use. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference.

5. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

6. In case of loss or damage, the gift card will not be renewed.
