Internal rules of the complex Usmas Meki

  1. The recreation complex (hereinafter “the complex”) is located on private land and all internal rules of the complex are determined by the owner of the complex.
  2. The complex check-in at the homes, lodges and tent pitches is on the day of booking from 15.00-21.00. In exceptional cases (by prior arrangement), later arrivals are possible. After 21.00 the reservation is cancelled. Departure before 11.00. The complex site is closed from 21.00-06.00. Overnight check-in – check-out (except in case of special emergency: health, extra cases (with prior notice)) -10 EUR.
  3. The administration of Usma Meķi does not take responsibility for your personal belongings.
  4. Damage to and removal of Usma Meķi equipment and property is prohibited.
  5. In the event of damage to inventory or property, the Usma Meķi administration alone determines the amount of compensation. The value of each piece of equipment can be checked with the staff.
  6. Car, campervan, caravan and tent pitches are reserved exclusively by the complex staff member.
  7. Smoking (including electronic and IQOS) is prohibited indoors.
  8. Bonfires are only allowed in designated areas in the complex. Barbecues are not allowed on the terraces of houses and cottages. Barbecues are only allowed on the premises (beach, lounge tables…) with the prior approval of the complex administration.
  9. The complex is pet-friendly. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their pet behaves well in their home, cottages, grounds and to clean up after them. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a fine of EUR 50 or expulsion from the complex territory.
  10. Safety rules must be observed when near or on the water, and litter must not be thrown into the water.
  11. When swimming and participating in sporting activities, everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. Parents are responsible for their children, their supervision and their safe presence in the complex – on the beach, in the water, in playgrounds and play areas – and are responsible for assessing whether a particular recreational facility is safe and age-appropriate for their children.
  12. At the end of your stay in Usma Meki complex, you must hand over the keys to the administration.
  13. After 23:00, the volume of music must not disturb other complex residents.
  14. The administration of Usmas Meķi complex has the right to suspend the provision of services and to order the premises and the territory to be vacated if the guests do not respect the generally accepted norms of behaviour or if their actions disturb the rest of other guests.

The deposit is a guarantee to leave the house or lodge in accordance with the requirements of the complex and to treat the complex inventory in good faith.

Deposit amount for houses and bungalows:

  • Regatta with sauna, Holiday cottage with a bar 50 eur.
  • Other furnished cottages EUR 30.
  • Deposit fees are payable with the balance of the booking fee upon arrival in the complex. The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days of check-out to the booker’s bank account.
  • The deposit fee does not include charges for damaged or lost equipment in an amount or total exceeding EUR 50 or EUR 30. In such cases, the charge for damaged or lost equipment is determined by the UcomplexK owner.

Rules to be followed for refund of deposit:

  1. Waste must be stacked in one place – inside the house, in the hut or outside in the designated waste bins near the huts.
  2. No dirty dishes, food, etc. left at home or in the cabins. Dishes and equipment are not to be found on the beach, under the terrace or in other areas outside the houses and chalets. Barbecue utensils must be cleaned of food residues.
  3. If there are towels in the house or cottage, they must be put in one place before departure ( not on the terrace, in the rooms, on the beach). Towels are not searched for outside the home area.
  4. For each broken or lost piece of kitchenware, a fee is charged according to the price list. The same applies for lost towels.
  5. Moving furniture in the home is not allowed, with the exception of pushing beds together in homes and cottages where this is provided. Furniture must be stowed before departure, as at the entrance.
  6. Cleaning of damaged furniture (wet beds, blankets, etc.) is charged according to the actual repair and cleaning price list.
  7. The fee for smoking inside houses and chalets is €100.
  8. Bathhouses must be cleaned after the bathing ritual, if bath brooms or other means are used.
  9. It is forbidden to use things in the logs that are not specifically designed for log use (e.g. petals, beer, etc.).
